Battersea Reach is a new 12.8 acre riverside development which, when complete, will offer in excess of 1,000 residential apartments and approximately 282,256 sq ft of commercial accommodation.

The environment will be complimented by waterside restaurants, a mix of shops, cafes, bars and offices in a range of sizes. Phase 1, 2 & 3 of the development are now complete.

Battersea Reach is situated in a prominent position on York Road and adjacent to Wandsworth Bridge . The Thames "Riverside Walk" now links a majority of the Southbank, bringing increased levels of pedestrian flow and life to the waters edge. Nearby Wandsworth town has a vibrant village atmosphere with excellent bus and train connections to central London stations.

The new river walkway within the development provides a path between Wandsworth and Battersea bridges along the River Thames. On completion of the works, it will be possible to walk uninterrupted from Wandsworth Bridge to Battersea Park and it is envisaged that this will become a popular pedestrian route as have other sections of the Southbank River Walk.
